The Bertolini Residence consists of 14 studios of 30 square metres, elegant, spacious, perfectly soundproofed

and carefully furnished in a classic style to offer maximum comfort to the most discerning customer.

separate sleeping area, kitchenette (fridge, hotplates and microwave), dining table, corner

living room with sofa/bed and desk, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower cubicle.

In the residence you will find all the services most requested in the best hotels such as: programmable air conditioning, independent heating, LCD TV, telephone, free WiFi internet with ADSL

high-speed internet access, safe, etc. All this is set in a historical environment where natural and refined materials are exalted

The location then is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Padua and is excellent for easily and quickly reaching the historic centre of Padua (3 km), the railway station (3.5 km), the hospital (5 km)

the Euganeo Stadium (1.5 km), A4 VE-MI motorway (0.8 km), Abano Terme (10 km).(10 km). 


Prices include:

daily tidying and cleaning of the room (excluding the kitchen), twice-weekly change of bed and bathroom linen

 all consumption related to the use of the kitchen, air conditioning, heating, TV, ultra-fast ADSL WiFi internet.
